At rmsuspension.com, we take pride in offering high-quality suspension tools and equipment made in Canada. Please review our return and refund policy below.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date.
To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

  • All original components, labels, and documentation must be included

Returns will not be accepted for any item that has been opened, used, installed, or shows signs of wear, damage, or modification.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance, as RMSuspension.com is not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@rmsuspension.com.

Refunds will cover the product price only.
Shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Tools that have been opened, used, or installed

  • Custom or special-order tools

  • Items marked “final sale”

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@rmsuspension.com with your order number and photos of the product and packaging. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue.
