Need to install new bushings in a fork? Messing around with cobbled together washers attached to all thread and putting hammers anywhere near suspension is a recipe for disaster. Forks are precision pieces of engineering and could easily be damaged by low quality tools. Our fork bushing removal and installation tool gently presses old bushings out, and new bushings in by eliminating the use of sketchy tools and hammers that could easily damage the fork. Don't like tools with crunchy and vague feeling operation making it hard to know what is going on? Same, so we gave this tool a trapezoid thread main screw and an enclosed needle thrust bearing to keep dirt out providing superbly smooth action with incredible tactile feel during use.

- Small details were not left out, hard stop collar for installation features brass tipped set screw to prevent marring the depth setting rod. Depth setting rod is machined from 1 solid piece of bar stock and gun drilled. Threaded pieces fit together with silky smooth movement.

- Bushings can be purchased from S4 suspension for Fox, Rockshox, Ohlins, Manitou. Many manufactures will be able to sell you bushings for their forks. Fork bushings are also available from BTI in the USA and from various online retailers for Fox, Marzocchi, Manitou, and Formula.
