Shipping Policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

If we experience a high volume of orders or temporary stock delays, processing may take longer. We’ll notify you by email if there is a significant delay or backorder.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location, order size, and carrier rates.

Typical delivery times:

  • Canada: 2–7 business days

  • USA: 7-12 business days

  • International: 7–15 business days (depending on destination and customs clearance)

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. rmsuspension.com is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.


Shipping Carriers

We ship using trusted carriers such as Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, USPS, depending on your location and order size.
You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.


Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes within Canada due to the postal strike.

  • International customers are responsible for ensuring that ordered products comply with their local import laws.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply once the shipment reaches your destination country.
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the buyer’s responsibility.
rmsuspension.com is not responsible for any delays or fees caused by customs processing.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after shipment.


Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order is lost or arrives damaged:

  1. Inspect your package immediately upon arrival.

  2. If damaged, take clear photos of the packaging and product.

  3. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@rmsuspension.com with your order number and photos.

We’ll work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue. rmsuspension.com is not responsible for packages reported missing after confirmed delivery.


Order Changes or Cancellations

If you need to update or cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible at info@rmsuspension.com Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be changed or cancelled.
