Keep your burnishing heads protected and organized between uses. Each set includes two precision-cut foam inserts — top and bottom — that hold all seven head sizes (32mm through 40mm) securely in place.
How many sets do you need? One foam set holds all seven diameter sizes for a single +size. If your heads span multiple +sizes, you need one set per +size:
- All heads are the same +size → 1 set
- Heads across two +sizes → 2 sets
- Heads across all three +sizes → 3 sets
Foam sets are included with all Full Set orders. Compatible with all RMS burnishing heads.

Excellent quality tool, easy to use, fast shipping

I’ve been wrenching on my own bikes for years, and servicing fork bushings used to be the one job I dreaded. Sketchy hammer setups, marred stanchions, never knowing if the bushing was seated at the right depth — it was a nightmare. Relative Motion Suspension completely changed that for me.
I’ve run this tool on all my Fox 36s and 38s, and it handles both flawlessly. The adaptor sizes are laser-marked so there’s zero guesswork — you just match it to your stanchion diameter and you’re good to go. The depth-setting collar is genius; I set it once and the bushing presses in perfectly every time, no measuring tape, no second-guessing.
What really sold me is how smooth and controlled the whole process feels. You’re turning a handle, not swinging a hammer — it’s almost satisfying. New bushings go in straight, seat at the correct depth, and the fork feels buttery smooth afterward. I’ve noticed a real difference in small-bump sensitivity after a fresh bushing install done right with this tool.
If you’re serious about your suspension and want to do it properly at home or in a shop, this is the tool. It pays for itself the first time you avoid a costly mistake. 10/10 — don’t wrench without it.
It burnishes fork bushings very well, elegant in it's simplicity.
A nice way to improve the feeling of your fork if you have sticky bushings!
